The code of ethics has ten elements that guarantee ethical behavior among all employees. They include:

-Integrity and honesty- All employees working at XYZ company are obliged to remain honest and have strong moral principles. Employees are always expected to tell the truth and avoid any wrongdoing to the best of their ability.
-Justice- All employees should remain objective in their operations and be fair to all people by treating them in a manner that does not disadvantage anyone.
-Lawfulness- The company obliges all employees to understand the set laws and follow them accordingly (Remišová, Lašáková & Kirchmayer, 2019).
-Teamwork- All employees are expected to collaborate and work closely together with others in the organization.
-Competence- Employees are expected to carry out their duties with a lot of efficiency by giving their all to their roles, therefore contributing to increased company productivity
